“ Just want to spotlight an exceptional customer service employee, Bobby. On a busy Friday evening I was making an exchange, and it wasnt going smoothly on my end of things. Bobby was very patient with me as I needed to go back to the shelves a couple of times to find the right product for my client. So many versions of Ensure, needed more calories in Strawberry flavor, lol! Bobby was so easygoing about the time I was taking to make what should have been a simple exchange. Hey, my lady needs CALORIES, in STRAWBERRY flavor! Thank you to Bobby. I hope this girl gets a raise. ”

“ This Kroger is clean. Went inside the first set of doors and grabbed a few wipes but as I did so I accidentally dropped my keys in this lot where you throw away the wipes after you are done using them. Asked a worker for help to retrieve my keys...bc the bottom part is locked so I couldnt just access it on my own. After a few minutes I got help and got my keys back. I went in for one item and was able to find it fairly quickly. Went to self checkout. The only downside is that the self checkout says that it does not accept cash. Which also means that you cant get can back. This is something I see way too many times at Kroger self checkout now. If Krogers is going to replace a lot of cashiers with the self checkouts not IF, but they have ! Then they should make all things assessable just like as if you were to go through a regular line do you have a cashier and helping you. Otherwise, I do like this location! Also, there are a few places surrounding it such as a bank and restaurants. So you can get your shopping done and got a bite to eat and stop at the bank all at once if needed at this location! ”
